The Winthrop OEC is administered through the Richard W. Riley College of  Education, Department of Health and Physical Education.  Our facilitators are professionally trained and offer skills from such varied backgrounds as counseling, business, education, and athletics.   Facilitators are selected on the basis of individual group needs and interests. All are trained, tested and experienced in the physical, psychological, logistical, technical and safety dimensions of the OEC.
