Adding graphics to your web page from FrontPage clipart

1. Place your cursor on your web page where you want the graphic to be.

2. Go to Insert...Picture...ClipArt. The ClipArt Gallery will open.

4. Click on the clipart category of your choice.

5. Click once on the graphic you want and then click the Insert Clip icon from the menu that pops up.

6.  Your image will now be on your web page.  You can insert additional clips or close the window to get back to your web page.

 

Adding graphics to your web page from a disk or Z: drive

1. Place your cursor on your web page where you want the graphic to be.

2. Go to Insert ...Picture...From File.

3. Click on the fromfile.bmp (1206 bytes) icon..

5. Locate your disk or Z drive.

6. Beside Files of type: click on the arrow and slide up to All Files.

7. Locate your image on your disk and click on Open.

8.  Your image should now be on your web page.

Note:  When you add an image to your web page, including a background image, when you Save or Quit, FrontPage will ask you if you want to save each embedded image in your folder. You do. If you do not save each image, they will no longer appear on your web pages.
